Instead of plastic, we use Alloy 7505 to produce a pulley that will last longer and still be lighter than other brands. Used by Kenda Pro Cycling, Wonderful Pistachios Pro Cycling and Global Bikes to just name a few teams.
According to independent testing in 2013 by Friction-Facts.com, Hawk Racing was ranked as the lowest friction non-ceramic derailleur pulley on the market.
NOTE: If you use a Shimano/Campy set up, you will need to purchase the Shimano version derailleur pulley. If you use a SRAM set up, you will need to ensure you select the SRAM version derailleur pulley. This version comes with a bushing that allows you to compensate for the two different screw sizes of some SRAM set ups.
