All Hawk Racing™ carbon fiber wheels, components such as bottom brackets, hubs and bearings, are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for two (2)  years from the date of original purchase at an authorized Hawk Racing™ Inc. dealer. This Warranty applies only to the original owner and does not transfer to subsequent owners.

This Warrnaty Does Not Cover:

• Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear , including the results of fatigue. It is the owner's responsibility to inspect the wheel sets and components before each and every ride. Folmer Technology™ bearings (patent pending) come with a 2 year warranty against normal wear and tear. Hawk Racing™ will replace any Bottom Bracket within the first two (2) years of original date. This does not cover wrong installation, cleaning with high-pressure washer or misused or disassembled bottom brackets and bearings. All bearings used by Hawk Racing™ Inc. are maintenance free and do NOT need to be relubricated.

• Any damage, failure or loss caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, failure to follow the instructions or warnings in owner's manual, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use, including, but not limited to, stunt riding, acrobatics or other similar activities, or in any other manner for which the wheels and/or components was not designed for.

• Any wheel set, bottom bracket etc. purchase by mail order or via the internet such as eBay or any unauthorized dealer.
  Please contact us before you purchase any products via the internet to ensure the dealer is an authorized dealer.

• The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of the wheels. Cost of shipment or transportation to or from an authorized Hawk Racing™ dealer are specifically excluded and not covered by this Warranty.

• Assembly and adjustments of wheel sets and component parts must be completed by an authorized Hawk Racing™ dealer, Hawk Racing™ Inc. or other outlets specifically authorized by Hawk Racing Inc. Bottom Brackets MUST be returned to Hawk Racing Inc. for warranty, NO other outlet is authorized to disassemble or repair Hawk Racing bottom bracket. Carbon Fiber Wheels can be repaired by any authorized Hawk Racing dealer with a trained wheel builder. Hawk Racing always supplies extra spokes in any wheel set sold.

Useful Product Life Cycle

• This warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that our wheel sets cannot be broken or will last forever. The length of the useful life cycle will vary depending on the type of riding conditions and care the product receives. 
• Competition, jumping, trail riding, riding in severe conditions or climates, riding with heavy loads or any other non-standard use can substantially shorten the useful product life cycle of any Hawk Racing product.
• Ensure that your new carbon fiber wheels will be checked after 200 miles riding by your local bike shop. All Hawk Racing™ products other than the bottom bracket should be periodically checked by an authorized Hawk Racing™ dealer for indication of potential failures including cracks, corrosion, dent, deformation and any other indications of potential problems, inappropriate use or abuse. These are important safety checks and are very important to help prevent accidents or bodily injuries to the rider and product.

Wheel set Crash Replacement Policy 

• Assessing any damage done to a carbon fiber part requires more experience than is needed to inspect metal parts. If you crash or impact your bike and the force of the impact is absorbed by a carbon part, we strongly encourage you to replace the part, even if there are no indications of damage. If such a crash or impact occurs, Hawk Racing™ offers a crash replacement program. We attempt to ease the pain by offering you a replacement product for 30% below Hawk Racing's current suggested retail price in your respective country. To take advantage of this program you MUST register your product online within 90 days of purchase.

30 Day Wheel Warranty - ONLY BY HAWK RACING™

• All original Hawk Racing™ carbon fiber wheels are covered by a 30-day warranty. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your newly purchased Hawk Racing™ wheel set, simply return the product(s) within 30days (along with your proof of purchase) to the authorized Hawk Racing™ dealer to which the product was originally purchased. We will refund the amount of your purchased product provided the product is in good condition and undamaged. No modifications are allowed, as all parts must be the original purchased parts. Wheel set MUST also have been registered within 10 days of purchase in order to qualify for the 30 Day Wheel Warranty. You also must be able to provide original receipt or proof of purchase from an authorized Hawk Racing dealer. Hawk Racing products purchase on eBay or bought through any non-authorized dealers are not covered under any warranty by Hawk Racing.
