Due to our new product line and the tremendous growth of our company we currently have the following positions available.

Sales Representatives

Location: All States
Division: Sales

The Position:
The primary purpose of the Sales Rep is to generate new business, grow sales and provide sales support to repeat accounts.  Individuals in this sales position must demonstrate exceptional dedication to meet existing customer needs and maintain and grow business relationships while acquiring steady growth of new accounts.  Product demonstration and product knowledge of all Hawk Racing™ products are essential to the success of a Hawk Racing™ Sales Representative. 

You are required to visit existing and potential clients at cycling and running stores in your area. You will demo our product line and provide and present product information and keep the customers informed and up to date.  Maintaining the customer relationship and enlarging the network via sales is your main responsibility.  You will take product orders from your local bike shops and process them through our in-house sales department.  You will submit a monthly report regarding trends and development to the CEO of Hawk Racing™. You will be in close contact with our Sales and Marketing Director to arrange and support local events and clubs. You also will be expected to attend some of the larger events with an Expo booth and products in your area. The focus needs to be on creating an awareness of our product line and the high quality of our products. 
The position is available both on a part-time or full-time basis. 

Requirements:

  • You need to be an active Cyclist or Triathlete and you must enjoy working in the industry.

  • Must have at least 3 years sales experience or similar industry experience.  

  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

  • You must have knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • You must have a driving license and own a vehicle to enable you to transport products to dealers, clubs and events.

  • You are self-motivated, personable, flexible, customer oriented and capable of working independenly with a High Degree of Integrity.

  • You are energetic and represent a healthy lifestyle.

  • You agree to ride and use our products exclusively (although you may be a free agent for products which do not compete with our Hawk Racing™ products.)

  • You are able to work in the U.S.A (you have a work visa or SSN)
